The Body Sock is like wearing a big, comfy hug! When I’m inside it, it feels like a gentle squeeze all over, which helps me feel calm and focused.

I can do all sorts of fun things inside it – make shapes with my body, walk around, or even read a book. It’s great when I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed or when I need help knowing where my body is in space. Plus, it’s easy to wash and take with me wherever I go!

My son originally discovered a sensory sock through his OT. She recommended this company so I purchased one, along with the bands. My son is ADHD and suspected ASD and the sock has helped him with regulating when he's at home, and the bands go with him to school for mat time (or anytime he made be particularly wiggly). Good quality and good fun!
